Our standard Peak Package priced at $199 includes tents, twin sized air mattresses, fitted sheets, a blanket and decor for two (3) children.
Additional tents and included items are available for $50 each.
Please note that our pillows are decor pieces only and should not be used as sleeping pillows. Your guests should bring their own pillow from home for hygiene purposes.

Our standard rental period is overnight, generally not exceeding 24 hours. We try to schedule a drop-off/set up in the early afternoon the day of your event and return the next day mid-morning. We require a minimum 1 hour delivery window (time may vary depending on number of guests, etc.)
Delivery and pick-up are included in the price package for those within ten miles of 80920 and 80831. Deliveries outside of these ranges will have an additional fee, minimum of $20.
Each tent requires approximately 4ft x 6ft of space to accommodate the tent, mattress and breakfast tray. Our tents are approximately 4.5ft tall. We are happy to assist you in planning out the best configuration for your space!
Please note that Rocky Mountain Sleepovers will not move any furniture from the designated party area. Please have any furniture in the party area moved prior to our arrival. We also kindly ask that the area we are setting up in will be vacuumed or swept to ensure we can keep our mattresses as clean as possible. Please note that our tents are designed for indoor use only.
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your event date. The remaining balance is due one (1) week prior to your event.
As fellow moms, we understand the unpredictable nature of children, where mishaps may occur, be it an unintentional collision during play or an unexpected nighttime incident. In light of this we require a $100 refundable security deposit.
At the time of delivery, you will review the rental items in accordance with our Terms and Conditions and sign off on the product condition. It is your responsibility to note any preexisting damage (although we do our best to keep everything in tip top condition). We will inspect all items for damage at pickup and return to our facility. If you are aware of a specific incident please give us a heads up.
If no damage is noted, we will refund your $100 deposit via the original method of payment within 48 hours of your event.
We require a damage deposit to cover the cost of damaged, lost and/or broken items that are included in your package. Please make sure the kids do not use slime, nail polish, make-up, markers, or paint around the tents. The damage deposit is $100. If no damages are confirmed, the security deposit will be refunded within 48 hours of checkout. Any lightly damaged (but still useable) or stained property will result in a cleaning fee for each item. Any severely damaged, lost or stolen items will result in a fee equal to its replacement. If rental equipment is not available at time of pick-up, we reserve the right to charge for an additional night.
We accept Venmo and cash at this time.
Cancellations will result in loss of the non-refundable 50% booking deposit; however, your $100 security deposit will be refunded within 48 hours.
Cancellations with 72 hours or less notice will result in forfeiture of the entire party balance. The deposit and/or party balance will be transferrable to another date within 60 days of the original event date, subject to date and equipment availability.
If you need to cancel your Rocky Mountain Sleepover, please contact us immediately. We will be happy to work with you to reschedule as appropriate.
Nope! We wash all linens with hypoallergenic laundry detergent upon return to our office. Mattresses, tents, breakfast trays and decor are disinfected and spot treated.
